Our blog includes transformational tips and tools for your knock backs, break-ups and breakdowns. All you need is a good enough reason to breakthrough. The real power of life coaching has nothing to do with any magical secret powers of a life coach. It also has nothing to do with the education or intellect of either the coach or the coachee. It has nothing to do with knowledge of or expertise in a particular subject, although knowledge and expertise will always hold great value.
When it comes down to cold hard facts, it is the coachee who brings the power to the life coaching session. That potential is often in a sealed container at the very back of the store cupboard. The life coach uses questions and reflections to guide the person to rediscover that container and unleash the potential within.
The real power comes in having a goal to transform yoruself and finding that moment of inspiration, the insight or the breakthrough that makes it virtually impossible to stay stuck. You could call it the sweet spot, flow, the “aha”. But achieving that moment is the equivalent of a new star being born. That star is you!
The articles have been inspired through my own personal journey. Some have been inspired by the breakthroughs experienced by the amazing people I have been privileged to work with as either the coach, or indeed the client.
