What is Connecting Carers With Hope?
Great question!!
Firstly, 'Connecting Carers With Hope' is the name we chose for our Carers Support Group meetings.
The idea behind it was harnessing the power of this phenomenal online community to support each other walk the path of healing a loved one through cancer. There are so many carers out there struggling to come to terms with the role. We created a safe place for caregivers to be themselves once more and freely express what they are going through, their fears, and emotions.
