Tony Healer
When Tony Healer first learned about life coaching in the 1990's he was sceptical. All the available opportunities to explore this field of personal and professional development sounded exclusively priced for only the highest earners. CEO's, athletes and celebrities were taking life coaches. Surely there was no way a lowly UK law enforcement officer could crack this case?
After the turn of the millennium Tony found himself uncomfortable with the way life, career and relationships were changing. So he took a leap of faith, and made a life changing decision.
Now Tony is a professionally trained life coach and NLP Master Practitioner, Tony's philosophy is that no matter how challenging or dark a situation may seem there is always a spark within that can be ignited and enlighten the way forward. Hope makes your world available, and faith takes the first step. Once lit, there is no limit to what you can achieve.

Tony has been practicing life coaching and NLP since 2008. His journey really began four years earlier following a promotion at work. Thrown into a world of changes those first few steps were off balance and unsettling. The comfort zone was a distant memory and Tony needed to find a new purpose, vision and focus.
Pioneers such as Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, David Rock and Richard Bandler led Tony along an unexpected path. Tony eagerly read books such as Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, or Susanne Jeffers "Feel the fear and do it anyway." M. Scott Peck's classic, "The Road Less Travelled" was another life changing read. These are the early classics, but they really set wheels in motion for life coach Tony.
Around that time it seemed as if there was a determined group of people looking for the secret to achieving outstanding results where others were only getting by with mediocre at best.
Life coaching was not as readily available to the wider public as it is today. It was expensive and seen as a luxury only accessible to the rich and famous. A closely guarded secret only for chief executives, business owners, celebrities and professional sports people.

Thankfully all that has changed. Life coaching is now shared within organisations from the CEO all the way down to the floor. Anyone can benefit from one to one support.

Tony enjoyed a successful career in front line public services for over 30 years. Working in both London and Greater Manchester Tony has experienced some of the toughest and challenging situations those incredible cities have to offer. Tony has never been afraid to explore new idea's or take a different turn than the rest of the crowd.

Tony's first experience of life coaching as a client was in 2008. He never looked back. The power of looking inwards for answers to what appeared to be external problems highlighted the simple fact that problems are merely problems of imagination. The solution is in recreating the big picture, or the goal, and then finding the most important pieces first. With the right strategy and structure in place, the other pieces tend to take care of themselves.
Tony works at both the conscious and unconscious level creating change in peoples health, wealth, relationships, career, ambitions or whatever else clients have brought to the table. No two people are the same but all problems leave clues just waiting to be solved.

Workplace Coaching
Tony has worked with coaches and mentors since then and learned valuable insights from every one. He has also trained both as a workplace coach and invested in professional coaching training outside the workplace.
This variety has helped Tony craft his own path along the road less travelled. Tony's unique approach to creating personal and professional success is now the foundation of our life coaching and NLP practice.
