The session is yours to paint the perfect picture of your ideal outcomes. Tony will lead you through the coaching process to elicit your primary goals. You will uncover thoughts and insights about your current reality and the routes you may be considering.
You don't need any materials other than notepaper and a pen. You don't even need to take any notes. We are here to take care of that for you. Tony will share your session notes with you whether you decide pursue your goals with us or not.
Do you have any questions?
Write them down now. Tony will answer any questions during your consultation. The session usually lasts around an hour to an hour and a half. This is your time. Use your focus well and get the most valuable returns.

How many sessions will I need?Your results and outcomes depend on your commitment to take action. Clients see results almost immediately as they change their thoughts. Our goal is to create a loyal fan, not a loyal customer. We want you to succeed beyond your dreams which means independently of Tony Healer Coaching! Our longest plan is 12 sessions but you are free to arrange as many as you wish.

Where are your offices?We are a "home based business" and most appointments are conducted over the telephone or online platforms. We currently don't occupy any office which means we can keep our fees as low as possible.

Can I help your friend or relative with a specific issue?We get asked this a lot and whilst we acknowledge your support for your friend or loved one coaching works best when it is self generated learning. Encourage them to make contact and we will meet with them personally. They can arrange a free trial session anyway.

What are your opening hours?As a life coaching business we are open by appointment only. We advertise our availability according to the service you select. You can take your very first life coaching trial session for free with our compliments before selecting a coaching plan or bundle. All appointment times are subject to Tony's availability so secure yours now to avoid disappointment.

Are coaching sessions held in person?We can arrange coaching sessions in person subject to travel arrangements. Most clients prefer telephone or web based conferencing to hold coaching sessions as they are convenient and no extra cost.

Can I contact you to discuss other matters?Of course. You can ask questions during your free trial session. We believe those get the best response because you are engaging directly with a professional life coach rather than a chat bot, or a call centre operator. Alternatively we have a contact us page you can find in our drop down menu at the top of the page.
What Happens After The Free Coaching Trial Session?
When you complete your primary goals you will know whether life coaching with us is for you. After the session Tony will email your goals and any development ideas discussed. Your follow up email will include the links you need to start your coaching journey.
We don’t need to sell anything so we don’t even try. All we want to give you is the belief that you can be, do or have anything you set your mind to achieve. You don't need to commit there and then, although people do.
